Kennard Darlington is the proud owner of Caribbean Fireside Bistro. He began his journey on the island of St Ann, Jamaica in a small town called Irons Mountains. A place known for their organic produce. From the young age of seven, Kennard spent many weekends in the kitchen with his mother learning to cook Sundays best. From then a passion began to grow. Kennard has fond memories hosting cooking competitions with his cousin Mar. The first location to open up was in Jamaica. In December of 2021, he moved on to open his second location here in the heart of West Palm Beach.
